In the mean time the best way to approach it is - send them the instructions to get their credit report as well as the video and if they are not able to do it then proceed to offering to do it for them.

If you want I can assist with getting your credit reports. If you feel comfortable you can send me your login credentials and then I can login and download the report and once I am done I will send you over a copy. After that if you want you can change the password.
