As some great men have said "Time Kills All Deals"
If you can follow up as soon as possible with a client when the text automation is sent out that is the best route.
- Try to get on a call with the client as soon as possible
- If a call is not possible, send a follow up message
- If they are not reponsive to a follow up message, try calling the following day.
- If the follow up attempts did not illicit a response space the follow ups as you see fit.
- Every day for the first week
- Every other day the second week
- Every third/fourth day the third week
- If the lead is worth following up with still start spacing it out more.
