How should we address a client who wants to know what banks/lenders we work with before funding agreement is signed and process is started? CY - Lamar input please.

In a case where the client is asking what banks/lenders we work with before signing the funding agreement it is best to limit what you tell them. You can say we have relationship managers at Chase and Bank of America just to name a few and then we utilize some other larger bank products as well. In some cases we can look into smaller banks like KeyBank or even local banks.
